This app is sooo wonderful! Calling this extremely convenient and easy to use is an understatement. No more waiting on hold for 20 mins or disconnected calls and hang ups. I just jump on this app, type out a question and that's it. My vet always answers in a timely matter when she's between appts or by the end of the day. Super time saving for my vet and super easy for me. I love that!

Dr. Martin [Island Veterinarian Group] was able to communicate timely and detailed information to me within a matter of minutes, which, in turn, I could read whenever convenient to do so. This app is a game changer and makes me feel like my fury family member is just as important as a human one with regards to receiving timely care and consultations. Staff are responsive and have quick turnarounds. The level of detail is excellent, and ease of accessibility is on point.

This is a fantastic app, as we have an ongoing problem with our dog Luna and need medication every month, we just go onto to the app, send a message, which is answered very quickly and the tablets are there ready for us to pick up when we can, so no booking appointments for the diagnosed problem, so doesn't take up unnecessary time for the vets and us. It also works well if you need to book an appointment.

Great help for making regular appointments and speeding up interactions with our vet. We use the app also to get monthly reminders to bring our dog in for his injection - sometimes the reminder doesn't work, this is the only issue we have with an overall extremely useful app.

Love that my vet uses this app. I get good support from the staff at my vet clinic through this programme, though that may reflect more on how well my vets staff care than the app that just allows them to do so. Just one thing to be careful about: Push notifications aren't on by default so getting told you've got a reply needs to be enabled.

This app is fantastic, our dog Ozzy had surgery and needed to stay an extra couple of nights, PetsApp enabled us to have around the clock updates on how he was doing and his progress, I was even sent a photo of Ozzy doing his physio. It put our minds at rest having these updates. PetsApp is also great as you can also manage appointments and get medication/vaccine reminders, for all of your pets 💕

Changing rating this app over past while slow or cuts off. Still happening and vets don't see your pets on their end and ages of pets noticed that few my pets been in proper dates of birth aren't relayed from this to clinic thank you. This app was brilliant at start when my vets said about it.

Utterly useless app. Somehow it let me set up two different log ins, completely dropped pets I set up one there. Also sent me a notification for an appointment for an animal it has dropped, but then once logged in (tried both log ins) says I have no appointments or notifications. I also know that I had a message from the vet a few days ago, which has totally disappeared. Waste of time.
