Save your money. HelloSuper technician told me I needed to replace my furnace due to several problems he didn't check. Hellosuper even with the upgraded package said those things weren't covered and had to be paid out of pocket. I got a 2nd opinion from another technician and the gas meter outside was malfunctioning. Nothing was wrong with my furnace. I didn't get refunded for the phony diagnosis either.

The supercustomer service is really, really bad.They do not answer their phones.You can't escalate to a supervisor. it's difficult to communicate with them and I have not experience honest practice. My first experience with them replacing an appliance. I received a credit card with a 0 balance. When I went to go pick out my stove. Then they told me. I needed to reconcile it with home depot. Bad bad bad service. I literally had to escalate several times to get somebody to even look into it.

They are a scam. Don't respond to emails and didn't honor my request. I will cancel and dispute the transaction next week.

The app works without issue and it was very easy to make a claim. My dishwasher broke and they came out to inspect. They paid the claim in a couple weeks. I made another claim on a repair for the washer/dryer and they sent a tech to fix it and it works great. Very happy with the service and will be renewing for another year.

Terrible company. So I have a issue in my home so I went on the app to request service I wrote whats going on they send a plumber he came did his thing and the issue seems to be resolved however the issue came back maybe 3 to 4 month after so I request service again they send out a different company this guy said we need a new faucet he told super now super gonna tell me they don't do faucet and I won't get back my $75 I would not recommend nobody to this company.

Easy to use app with access to services at your fingertips! Comprehensive way to follow a claim through it's life cycle, and the best part is, I don't even need to speak to anyone on the phone to get help. It can all be done through the app!

Terrible experience with the company, after charging for "modifications" on the exact same water heater as was already in place and installation for a water heater, the singular company that they use for plumbing left a hole in the roof, after months of trying to get them to finish the job, they finally decided that they will not cover roofing in any form. I tried to work with them but they repetitively told me that they would not complete the job that I paid for.
