This was super helpful for me when I went to Hershey Park. It tells places and rides and show you if they are open. It shows you shops and a complete map of the park to help guide you around and make it easier for you on your super fun day!

Wait times are inaccurate - not even close. At least twice as long for every ride. Arguably the most important app function, and you can't trust it.

I like that this stores season pass holder tickets, coupons, and tracks rewards. This functions well as a map to the park as well. The biggest problem is that the wait times are not even close to accurate, which is the main reason to use the app. There are also plenty of "features" that simply redirect you to the website. I also wish there were more options for mobile food ordering and better features for this, like pay with Google at check out.

Wait times are no longer accurate, and take a while to load. Some said 10min and were 90min. App in 2019 worked pretty well for wait times, so whatever changed between then and 2021 makes that portion unusable. Also the filter function for rides resets too easily, forcing you to pick it over and over. Also, there should be a filter for food type. Right now it's handy to have a map but that's about it.

Useless! Filter errors constantly pop up even when not using filters. Does NOT give ride wait times or let you search for rides by height requirements. No GPS style walking directions, just shows a hard to find You Are Here dot and let's you figure it out from there. Map lacks detail so hard to figure out which direction to walk first. Very disappointing. Developer has never used a Universal app. This one is only for selling you ride upgrades.

(Original Review 4/8/2013) If the map actually worked the way it is supposed to I would love this app. Unfortunately it is a half baked app that didn't deliver. (Updated Review 7/31/2024) This app is still terrible. The wait times are always incorrect and the user interface is still just as clunky as it was 11 years ago. The thing is, if the wait times were accurate this app would be fine. But here we are over a decade later and this app can't get that one part correct.

Hershey's one stop shop for everything you need at Hersheypark. The map was especially useful. Occasionally the "View Hersheypark Map" button would not work and the app needed to be restarted. Also, they make an 'attempt' to keep up-to-date wait times at all their rides; a clever addition, and sometimes useful, but also sometimes wildly inaccurate (e.g. by 40 min).

App says you can filter rides by height, but it won't change from By Name. And all the map filters reset andy time you close the app. FAQ is misleading. Navigation is lacking. I'm really hoping the map works out for me bc I get lost easily. EDIT: reinstalled and filter now changes. Everything still resets, though.
