Loving the camera & app. What's great is that I don't need to pay extra to use the human recognition feature (which alerts me when 1's detected), nor do I have to pay for cloud service if I don't want to. I'm able to use the app to view a live feed for free & if I want to, I can record what I'm seeing. It also takes pictures for free when it detects a humanbeing. Another cool feature if enabled, is motion tracking. Easy set up too! I'd love to try out the other cameras next & review them.

App was good until they start showing ads. First it was a small banner on top, then 1/3 of the screen, and now full screen and I can't close until after a count down. When I need to see something urgent at night after receiving a notification, I have to wait for the ad count down to finish. Never buy Hugolog again.

Had this for a few months for the baby camera on Amazon. A lot longer than the return option unfortunately. All of a sudden the app took off dark mode. Not only that I'm having constant errors. It's so slow to open, and the review for video is so terrible. It's just better to record it from the app. Then review it on your phone video instead. Sounds are also not synchronized with video which sucks but better than using the video in the app. Terrible app, terrible product.

I installed my new door lock today. I downloaded this app and connected my device. Yay, it worked until I changed the master code. Then the app wouldn't connect anymore. Tried to connect and it would fail and then instruct me to reset the lock. Reset the lock, this time, I tried changing the master code first. It wouldn't connect. One more shot, connected, changed the code, fail to connect. The app will be cool if the bugs are out but kind of useless right now.

Can't connect my camera. This app truly sucks. 9/10/2025Update. I sent my camera back to the company and have not gotten any response as to when they are going to replace it. They've had it for 10 days and now they do not respond to my email. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Really cool every time I run a security check my armor says that it's exposing a password it's really upsetting me because I don't know how to fix it or change it can't find where to fix the issue I've done everything and can't seem to figure out how to secure the password

Started great at first. Now everyday it goes offline. Have to reboot all the time. There are no issues with the internet or my power. Looking to purchase different type.

Won't do what I want. Was told I could connect to my computer but can't seem to get it to work. Also disappointed it doesn't come with it's own internal memory. Feels like a scam to force you to purchase memory card.
