UPDATE: We never use my husband's debit card. Because of the inability to update credit card info on the app, we used it just once to pay for our app purchase of Fajita Pete's. Now the info has been stolen, and we're getting notifications of fraudulent charges. Can use some improvement. There isn't a place in the current version of the app to tip drivers. Also, there is no way to update a card's information in the app.

User Interface is simple and the process of moving through the app is easy as well. The only issue was when logging in it would keep bringing back to the play store if I selected a pre saved email in the email address tab. So small bug but it worked fine when I typed it out. Overall really good app and the food makes it worth it!

App locks up almost every time it's launched. When it works, it's quite functional and thoughtfully designed. Unfortunately, locking up 95% of the time at launch is a deal breaker for me. Update - Dec-2021 App is now stable and am able to use it consistently without issue. Very pleased now.

Pay your developers more money! The app is garbage. Doesn't apply coupons and errors out when going to checkout. Figuring out how to navigate back to the menu was a chore too. How is this hard? There's 100s of restaurant apps that function well. Take inspiration from them. Oh, also it complained about special characters in my password when signing up. Really????

Works fine. Hate that you have to input your promo codes and then select which to use(if you have any) for an order. It's also annoying to access your order history(important when you dont always get a confirmation email).

So cumbersome to use! I've spent a half hour trying to get it to accept my payment info. Won't let you go back and edit a payment to correct the amount. I entered my gift card and credit card numbers 8 times, and it still didn't like it. Maybe the update will fix this. I'm not going through this again.
