Only giving one star atm because I can click on anything to create a profile to order. I open the app,try I create an account and cant,I click on guest order..doesn't work at all.

looks kinda old, and has a nice homey feel but works super well, better than like Papa John's app. pizza good too 👍

Good start, not the best. Often kicks you out and have to start order over which is annoying and inefficient. I do like that I can edit default toppings and it adjusts the price on the fly. Also, would prefer options for Google pay, Apple pay, Venmo or PayPal. More secure for customers and yourself. Less likely to get hacked if your not collecting customer info.

Ok app, can't always remove toppings if they don't come up as an option because "a parmesan sprinkle on the top is in the pizza description" and wasn't listed as a "do not include" under special instructions. Wish the descriptive photo matched the options selected, doesn't match the Detroit style pizza at all. Otherwise it's handy.

Clunky app. If you hit back button on your phone, it starts the order over from the beginning. No description of what the "famous cleveland crimp" actually is. If you call to order, you get a recording telling you to use the app, not very convenient if you are driving. Love the pizza, but you get the feeling they don't want you to order from them.

The app is pretty good. One thing I would like to see them improve is when you repeat last order have it show which address it is being sent to. I could assume the repeat of last order is being sent to the same address as last time but there's no way to know. Also if you want to repeat last order and change the address delivered to, I don't see a way to do that.

It's buggy, and doesn't remember your orders half the time if you change screens. Just not very user friendly, and the images are all the same generic representations. Many of the menu's options don't describe what you're actually getting, and what the heck is the SOS option for wing sauce?

When trying to check out it continually spins, never reaches the page to enter payment info. The webpage that says "do not use this link unless you're on a computer" works much better, even though I'm using my phone and the site supposedly doesn't work for devices... Also, even if it worked properly, the app doesn't allow you to sign in using FB credentials, which is how I originally created my account. The website does allow for login with FB.
