DO NOT BUY!!!! Absolute worst experience I've ever had with any app before. Constantly crashes. Tons of bugs. App freezes up all the time. Maps stop loading and working. All around this is the worst app I've ever used. Honestly you guys do not buy an iHome vacuum. You all will be very very very very very very mad you did. Go with the competitors, trust me! I bought this piece of garbage for my wife for Christmas and both of the app and the device are TRASH!

Impossible to get the robot to connect to the app. Everytime i try to get it to connect to my network it has me connect my wifi to the robots wifi, then when I go back to the app, it switches back to my home wifi then tells me I'm connected to the wrong network. Simply, it does not work. Don't waste your time.

I worked for about a month and then the app stopped connecting to my autovac. Now I have a $200 piece of equipment that literally does nothing, it can't connect to internet, it can't connect to the app, it won't clean without the app. So I basically have a useless piece of junk that cost $200.... It's not even 3 months old.... I'd get my money back if I could, too bad IHome is a bunch of money greedy snobs

Works fairly well but the manual for my Auto Vac Nova S2 says you can do an edge clean from the app or remote but edge clean doesn't show up in either. I'd like to perform an edge clean because the vacuum doesn't go well around the perimeter of my floors.

My vacuum randomly disappears from the app and i have to go through the whole re-pairing and setup every few weeks. The vacuum itself is very needy. Always getting stuck.

App functions aren't working anymore. Specifically the ability to restore the map. I have 2 novas and both have the same Specific, so must be the app.

Vacuum worked fine until the app insisted it needed to update. It would never go past 0%. I tried many times. It also prevented it's use until it was upgraded. I won't buy another ihome product as long as they force updates which at inconvenient times, and don't work. 11/23 App finally updated, it wiped out my password. It wouldn't let me use the vacuum until I recovered the it. So, it's useless if you ever lose the password. Stick with a traditional vacuum cleaner. Not worth it.

The app is horrible. After update it only crashes. There is no mapping capabilities anymore. I am ready to return item to Amazon. I sent a message to support, no response. I would suggest you look for a better company. Inspite of the claim that the map on the app has not been changed the one follow up message said that the app will not save any maps. It has saved maps on a 30 day basis for 4 months. Now it doesn't. Finally there has been no follow up phone call as stated.
