Outstanding care! I was in desperate need of my inhaler...at times struggling to breathe...my Drs. office did not even return my call...then I developed a sinus infection...I was so unsure what to do...I really didn't want to go to emergency...I remembered that this was available...I had never done this before and was concerned about it. I had a crown break on a Friday evening of a 3 day holiday weekend. On Saturday night the pain developed, so I knew it was an infection brewing. By Sunday morning the pain was unbearable. I fould Doctor's Care from Google. The provider was nice, knowledgeable, and fast. Their service was fast and convenient. The best part was I stayed away from the waiting room and office (Covid). From my experience, I will definitely use Doctor's Care again. Thank you.

The wait was to be expected . There are many sick people looking for help. This was the 4th facility I tried to get help. Two were over capacity and one charged me to advise me to go to the ER. I was not in distress to need the ER. The care and concern was phenominal here and appreciated. Easy to talk to and listened to my health concerns. Addressed each one. I would use them again 10 times over.

This app is amazing! Even if you do not have insurance it is very affordable. This app is very convenient and helpful. The physicians are always attentive and do anything in their power to help with your medical conditions. I have used this service 3 or 4 times now and each time they have treated me with great care and felt better within a couple of days. I highly recommend this to anyone that cannot get to a doctors office and needs care immediately that does not require an emergency room.

So comfortable to have a one on one doctor appointment from the convenience of my own home. This eliminated the distractions and frustration of an office visit and allowed me to remember EVERYTHING I needed to ask. Not forgetting to mention there was no exposure to a full waiting room of ill patients for me and the doctor as well. I will be using this service again.
