The biggest security issue with this app is, it does not allow users to setup their own password. The app is giving java exception now on load and screen freezes. I am wondering how this app has been allowed on playstore if it's not following basic user security guidelines. The APP does not display all messages and homework communication sent by school. How do we retrieve old messages? Device: Samsung galaxy S10

Mostly app gets crashed,multiple profiles cannot be merged eg. if having siblings we have to get another mobile and install app for other child,Nowadays after update whenever notification come then the full ringtone is ringing instead of short rintone,there are so many issues with the app

22/07/2019 The app is not working after the last update. Keeps crashing everytime I try to open it. If the app is not working, I dont know why the developer is asking to contact the school, makes no sense to me. Also, the app should be capable of cleaning the cache and this should not be a manual task. 23/06/2020 Even after a year this app continues to be crappy. Instead of analyzing the issue when one parent raise a ticket, they expect every parent to raise a ticket..Why this bureaucracy ?

While I do get circulars if I happen to miss those circulars or otherwise I cannot open the app. Yes the app simply doesn't open. Pls improve your app. I can't access the App so no question of pressing right icon on the top. App simply doesn't open.

No doubt, over the period of time this aap has approved. But, now as soon as I click on notification pop up the app crashes everytime. Later, I am not able too see any new messages in inbox.

This is the best school ever but there is one issue with this app the old message's disappear after 7-8 days so students are not able to complete there work so please change this
