Too many of the drivers seem to be incompetent unfortunately. Most are fine, deliver on time, to the correct address, and contact me on arrival. But way too often they arrive 20-30 minutes late, or to the wrong address, and don't even attempt to contact me. Super disappointing when you're so hungry and the driver cannot simply type your address into Waze and just do their job.. delivering food??

2021: 2 Stars, Absolutely useless in Sorrento. 2024: 1 Stars, this time in Rome, and 2 deliveries arrive later than expected, both restaurants are nearby, no GPS tracking and no compensation. Also, both times I had to screenshot everything and put it in google translate to know what to click, for both my order and support. Its set to English but you cant translate automatically?

I never received my food but the order said delivered. The order status changed straight from 'order being prepared' to 'order delivered'. They never notified me the food was on its way (if it ever was). The driver said they tried to contact me but I have no record of any calls even though they had my correct phone number and my email. I tried to get a refund but they believe the driver over me. Scammed.

Absolute bunch of cheats. I installed the app in Milan because I arrived very late and wanted food delivered at my hotel. After placing the order and paying for delivery, the food was never delivered, it says shown as 'to be collected'. Why would anybody want an app to collect food? Innumerable calls and mails did not result in anything, Just Eat blamed the restaurant and vice versa. I ended up losing my money and went to bed with an empty stomach!

Seriously, Just Eat? You can't cancel my order because of some error? Last time you canceled my order for some reasons and it was fine with me but now you can't??? Very, very inconsistent and bad customer service!

Well known delivery food app, I used it for a lot of years but 1 time that you need help you find out how incompetent/nuisance customer service is, like purposefully closing chats and don't read what you write. Disinstalled

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I ordered pasta for dinner & after an hour I saw it says my order is not accepted yet. So I went to the chat support (no English) and they said it will be delivered in 30 mins so I waited. After that, I saw the delivery has been collected & started in the app but sooner or later, cancelled. I went to chat support again and they said the restaurat is closed. Did driver ate my food? I WASTED TWO HOURS ON THIS. WHAT. I skipped my dinner thanks for helping me to stay fit 😘

I try to order any food since 45 minutes. first order was cancelled and the other 3 times the app told me after I picked food that "the business was closed" although I choose the option to show only open ones. this is mad. horrible experience. I go back to Uber eats.
