This is THE WORST user experience of any app I've used. Photos are sorted in weird way in the gallery. Switching between kids is awkward and you need to know where to tap to make it happen. There is no option to mute conversations OR to set notification settings per type (new photo, comment, message). TERRIBLE UX!

Cannot download photos, but can share them.. no logic. The progress bars are somehow not informative. If a child has something from 2 year age and something from 3 year age lists, what will the progress bar show? Why 'X' and '○' are used for marking the lists? What do they mean? Is 'X' just "selected" or is it a red mark for thibgs to worry about? Is blue "○" a positive or is it just "not relevant" for my child?

This is an extortion app and nothing more. Downloading photos is a hit-and-miss (unreactive button), the photos are exported without metadata. But you can pay extra to get a full archive.

This app could be greatly improved if it allowed users to copy text in the messages. As a foreigner, I need to translate messages in a separate app but cannot easily do this.

Where has notifications gone (messages, photos, etc.) ? They seem to be turned on, but still nothing happens
