TERRIBLE! GPS location fails to be correct most of the time. It's probably because it uses Google maps and fails to update it. Glitches out when clocking in and out, requiring it to be manually corrected too frequently. Fails to update notes at times. Doesn't tell you the times you clock in and out, only the total time for the clocked in period.

Pathetic! This program requires an always on connection (if you are in an area with bad coverage good luck doing ANYTHING!) Jobs can't be created in the app, you need to use a web browser and go back and forth. There is no time slide feature, if you alter the time you switched jobs it will won't properly track billable hours, the search is slow an non intuitive, the recently used list populates with the most obscure and outdated information. Do yourself a favour and get Quickbooks instead!

Constant problems. Doesn't track clock in/clock out properly, doesn't show notes to the crew and just super glitchy overall. We've had this program almost a year and I'm constantly having to contact Knowify with problems. Most of which continue to happen and are never resolved. Frustrating spending SO much time taking screenshots, sending in tickets, having to work with the Knowify team. Most of the time I just deal with it because I don't have time to keep dealing with the same issues!

This app is a struggle. Nothing works as promised. There is no functionality if you have no service. There are common industry things like daily LEMs that it cannot accommodate. Integration to QBO was supposed to be quick and easy, not the case. We spent 2 months and countless hours trying to integrate this into our company and it failed in so many ways.

It's not the best and I completely despise the fact it's forced bright white background and blinds me everytime I look at the sreen in any darkness even with brightness on my phone down all the way. Please make it so we can have a dark or grey app theme so we don't have to blind ourselves in any darkness it really messes with my eyes and makes my head hurt fix this ASAP!!

All my company uses Knowify for us time records. Not "clock in/clock out". This app doesn't need to know my location. Good luck getting it to work without giving it locations permission! Locked up my phone, restart, locked up my phone, restart.... Uninstall! I'll just enter my time using the website like I have been.

Nothing but problems since day 1. I have to use this app to get paid for my new job.Supposed to record my work hours for each job I work at each day.But when I can't get past the log-in screen, well that is a problem.I have uninstalled, reinstalled. Cleared cache and data prior to uninstalling.Reinstalled and it came back to the log-in screen that has been frozen for days.My employer has tried to figure out what is going on.No luck either.So I have to call in each day to get my hours recorded.

Doesn't have a catch if you do not have a connection to the network you cannot record any information. Also it's difficult to use without scheduling every little freaking thing and if you do then you're locked in that and it's just it's not very flexible. It's difficult to find the job you want. It's just not a very good app.
