This has to be the worst smart lock app in the universe. I can't add users without an account to use fingerprint. Oh, that's right you cannot add fingerprint at all with this app. What is wrong with you?

I've been trying to connect the apps with the door lock, it's been a month of trying and error but still unable to remotely unlock using the app. It was all after the latest firmware update. Haihh

I rec configure the app so many times but after few days every time and I am unable to open it from the app it faces lot of difficulty in fingerprint recognition and face recognition. Battery percentage does not reflect again and again. Lot of improvement is needed.

App tends to push for more money. Door camera does not capture movement in front of camera. Cannot monitor parcels left by delivery man.

I've been using the xhome app, the one issue I want u to integrate in the app is that - like the unlocking feature if u could also add the locking feature via the app will solve my problem of being skeptical if I locked the door while I left from home just because I operated the lock manually and maybe forgot to lock the door from outside.... If the new update has the patch, will be really happy to see the same... Every time on a power failure the lock looses it's connection with the wifi...
