I haven't used the app in some time (planned to, since I do miss eating there) and I am sure it is useful, but I noticed that when logging in, it juat stays on the sign in site until you leave, which shows you are signed in. When you close the app and come back, though, it will go back to you being signed off. Plus, there's moments where I try to touch mt cart to look at something and it doesn't work. Might be something up with the interface or something. Please check the app and update this.

This is the worst app you could have ever come up with. unless your a BK CUSTOMER. I have reloaded twice, changed pass words three times, still no access to MVP. The only thing that happens is the green D for duffys spins forever. This truly sucks. I contacted mgt @ duffys they reset it, it worked once. when I contacted mgt again, the comment was good thing you have you ALL STAR CARD. RIGHT!!! I can't check my acct at all, can't sign in and get my 3 # that i'm checked in. Upgrade, you got scre

Good is great staff friendly but app is useless. unable to sign on .Does not recognize my email but when put in forgot password it says does not recognize my email but when put my email tat the bottom it sends it to my email I reset my password and it says successful then I try to sign on it says does not recognize my password or email. I deleted the app and tried to make a new account every nphone number I put in it was used before when I go to message on the contact it will not send.

So many times it will ping me at the wrong location even though wifi is working and location is on. Now, sine I updated it, all I get is a green screen with a long, thin, rectangle box where I should be signing in. I've cleared cache, rebooted, powered off and uninstalled several times. No clue what to do now

Won't let me log in anymore. On the website I can log in, but not the app? Server would not accept my points without the app!! I have him the phone number and still he didn't credit me for my points tonight. Couldn't use my birthday points either and now they are lost. 6 months ago it worked fine, now it's trash.

Much effort to log in. Even with help from the management @ Duffy's couldn't figure out how to get the app to work for me. I/we tried just about every possible user ID and even reset the PSW. No joy....uninstalled.

It really isn't worth the memory consumption. If you want to check points or get credit give the waiter your phone number. If you want to place a take out order, call. The app is worthless!

Only hood use if app is to help checking in for point accrual. The app is POS when trying to place an order. It continually asks to confirm time over amd over when at checkout. Tried many times and it never works. Fix it!
