I recommend uploading EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT as soon as you get it!! Label them well. You will have a "receipt not needed" but then a request for one up to 6 months later, good luck finding it if you aren't super organized. Very disappointed in the organization of this company and wish work never switched to them. The app is simple to operate but they don't allow you to move stuff around.

Longest hold times ever. I have yet to speak with a person and I have tried to call in everyday this week. I give up after 45 minutes on hold. The reimbursement to the bank account is confusing, I put my info in, and that's it? No deposit verification or anything? I wonder if my funds will actually be sent. The documentation under resource tab is horrible no explanations or videos showing how. I hope I'm getting reimbursed, not even sure I submitted right and no content to show me or comfor

Been trying to hand in a Receipt for the last 2 months and no matter what I do or who I talk to nothing is resolved they have no record of me but they keep sending me letters Asking me to give them the receipt for a charge on their card. Overall terrible service. Highly do not recommend!

Bar code scanner doesn't work for no reason. Also starting with versiob 15.0.0 both the app and the website stipped working. It keeps saying to contact the system administrator. Like I know who that guy even is. :/ Get it together myFlexDollars come on!

Just doesn't work. I've tried everything. Uninstalling, wiping data and cache... Everything. The app won't even load to the login screen. Instant crash on GALAXY S22

App crashes my entire phone when I try to put my password in with LastPass. Crashed the app twice and then crashed the entire phone to a reboot. Continues to happen

Completely broken. App stopped working a couple of weeks ago and I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Crashes whenever I try to open it.

Very complete, user friendly and no glitches. I have used it to check balances, upload claim receipts, enter a claim for reimbursement and it is very easy to use.
