Several times the app doesn't work and I get texts instead. Recently, the one time access code/open locker screen disappeared and I no longer get updates. Instead it goes to my wife's account, and the app doesn't provide a clear way to get synced with a luxer room/locker so there's no fix.

This app worked great until a few weeks ago. All of a sudden, it stopped opening the lockers. I get an error message that the lockers are busy, no matter what time I pick up my packages. I got the app so I could open the lockers without having to interact with the kiosk. The app is useless if it doesn't open the lockers.

The app is okay and does it's job. But it is really slow and buggy and it does not talk to the website very well. The app keeps telling me I need to put in credit card information but it will not load the app. It will also not load the web page. I logged in from a computer changed my password and reinstalled the application on my phone. I shouldn't have to do all that just to open a locker door. It's a little annoying and no my internet is not slow and no all permissions are active. Fix it lol

Frequently crashes and doesn't load. The past two - three days the app won't move past the loading screen. Cleared the cache, didn't work. Reinstalled, didn't work (now it freezes on the login screen). At least the codes are texted so am not locked out of picking up packages, but do better, LuxerOne. $9/month premium charge for lackluster service and an app that hurts itself in confusion.

The LuxerOne system has crashed twice in the last few months. Although I have credit info on file, it doesn't recognize it, and I can't get my packages. I had to spend over an hour on phone having them open lockers remotely. They said they updated system and don't know why this happens. Someone else in the building was having the same issue.

Bluetooth doesn't work at all. Every single time you try, it will say the locker is busy and ask you to try again. Every single time. I have literally never gotten it to work. Works completely fine on my previous iPhone, of course.

At this property, the Bluetooth doesn't work with Andriod and only with iPhone. Get ready for the yellow screen of death. You have to start, close, and restart the app multiple times to get your packages. Luxer support just goes round and round with you to get you to reinstall the app. They are useless.

most useless app. just shows a red icon when a package is ready but doesn't move past the ugly yellow luxer opening screen even after a full minute of waiting.
