utterly useless. I rarely am able to view the camera image, mic is buggy, and it errors out saying it cannot connect. the monitor is garbage too, every time so far it just freezes. this app literally does nothing but cause frustration. I'm sending this all back. save your money and time and just go with nest or something reputable.

11/28/19 It started working away from home and at home several months ago. Now it stopped notifying by sounds on my phone. It only shows movement happened. In the tablet it gives sounds notifications, but they are late. I'd really like to get the sound to work on my phones. I've checked their settings and they should be working

Worst app ever! It makes me want to return the whole system which I just might do. Constantly freezes, for one of the cameras it never connects, my other camera connects 50% of the time. what good is the system if you can't view anything when you are away? please update the app!!

Not very happy with your app just purchased the Anran smart wireless camera system. Setting up the camera I put in the scan QR code at the back of the nine inch screen. Then your app ask me for the password.I put that in and then your app says I have the wrong password.but I would just like to know how your app keeps sending me notifications. Still don't have the full use of your app. Some kind of response would be nice thank you

I've been trying to install this app and i get to the point where my Moto g6 Android msg says it is not compatible. What other options do i have. Waiting on your response Addendum while having to take one camera down every two days to recharge which has little recording the flimsy antenna has broke at the swivel connection. If my return policy had not already expired I would send them back by air. I thought I was purchasing a new state of art technology when I actually purchased a work in progress thats not getting better. I see one bug they fixed and no others only complaints from customer's such of the system.. I can't even get the app to load on my android when it says its compatable only to get to the point where it days my motog6 is not compatable. Come on IT folks make something work Very very dissatisfied customer.

Update: After my initial review, the app did get better and I was able to view all cameras when I needed, but after the latest Update to the system, I now can't view more than camera 1 on the app. It was actually working fine before this upgrade. Fix this, please. This app rarely loads when I need to view my cameras. If this app was upgraded, they would sell more systems. The Bechol camera system itself is great, but this app is horrible.

clear pictures, often won't connect tho, and terrible lag. desperately needs updating! entire point of the app is for watching away from from home, will return the system if not fixed

I have the Ai system I finally got it to work two weeks ago. Due to some instruction from Ai or should I say Horizon wireless. I have a Samsung S7 and my wife has a iPhone X. It is still working on the iPhone, but not on my S7. I get a message on the S7 when I click on the icon. I get a message, Ai smartcam keeps stopping.
