Utterly useless app. My appointment confirmation stated using the app was the easiest way to have my GP appointment and when I tried the app shut down each time. Had to spend 5 minutes of my appointment trying to log in via my laptop only to encounter a video that wouldn't work. Wasted appointment.

When the app works it's pretty good but for some reason on my pixel 6, it just doesn't want to let me sign in. I've had to use an alternative Samsung phone to book an appt.

Honestly a very badly made app, it crashes all the time, I can't pay (screen freezes) and I can't book appointments.

Useless app, never works. Won't let you even login most of the time. Won't accept two factor code when typed, just does nothing. Hopefully my employer will listen to the complaints and move to another provider, HCA is a joke

Need to have a section to be able to record ur latrol flow test results just like the website page would be very handy and useful as i do it 3 times a week

The worst app that keeps asking you for your password over and over again or server down. What an idiot company given how much they charge but cannot get a basic app to work
