I downloaded the app about 3 weeks ago, the first few days the notification went nuts and didnt stop on mine yet my husbands phone didnt get any. Then within a few day they were both gone, now I dont receive any at all, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, gone through all my phone setting and app settings and can find nothing that stops it.. I need advice asap.

I used the App on my Galaxy S10 for a couple of years and it worked great. I recently bought Samsung's flagship phone, the S21 Ultra 5G (sm-g998b) and lost the ability to store and playback clips. All other functions of the app work fine. I contacted Simon Jabour at Micron through the contact the developer link on the Play Store. He is not actually the developer, though apparently he liaises with the developer/s. He essentially told me to contact Samsung about the issue. Unacceptable.

The system & ap initially worked as expected. The aps on all my devices then stopped functioning & my linked security cameras are in effect only good as "dummy cameras". Attempts to return the system to full functionality have been to no avail, so far. I can't say I'm too happy with this brand due to lack of performance.

Always having to uninstall and reinstall this app. Constantly "kicks me out" and doesn't open therefore having to go through the above process. When the app is running quality of video and microphone use is good.

We have been using this app for 3 years on multiple devices. Every time you open the app it's more than likely that all your cameras viewers are gone, and you need to re-add them all again. Very annoying!
The Ambition of Creation
DON'T UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION!! When you update, you'll have to reconfigure the app and you won't be able to access your system remotely unless you create an account to whatever dodgy new setup the vendor is trying to push. Not a good update at all.

Cannot access my cameras out side my home wifi network. Have asked for assistance through email a month ago and no response. This issue has rendered my system useless and would no longer recommended this company.

It's not bad , but having issues with cameras loading ? I have to wait like 2 minutes for them to go live , not very happy
