Very helpful in navigating the resort. Some oddities (e.g., can locate resort points of interest on map but "start route" only works on the main map not from the event/restaurant info pages, frequent "session expired" messages, and login page doesn't remember the resort name, etc.) General helpful. The online checkin process on the other hand was troublesome, error prone, inconsistent, and ultimately unnecessary as the resort staff went through the whole process again. Very time-consuming.

Looks like it is a pretty well designed app, but poorly implemented. You can navigate around, but cannot get at detail. Whenever I try to look at a menu, for example, I get a server error. Someone has borked the webconfig file so you don't get to see the content. I hope some poor soul isn't spending hours typing in the menu that nobody gets to see! Also kicked me out with a session expired message, after about 3 minutes. Two stars because the login system worked well. ;-)

You have a beautiful app which tries to give the guest a seamless on-premise experience. A wonderful idea. The unfortunate and sad thing though is that once the splash screen is loaded, it takes ages to load the other screens. This defeats the entire purpose.

definitely nice to have for certain ammentities and services like room service, laundry and paying your bill. Listings of restaurants and shops should include an option to locate it on the map so you know where to find it. The map is very hard to navigate it. The best bet is using the search tool within the map but it still rarely works. Needs to include all areas of the resort if they are open to us. The app honestly made navigation of the resort more difficult than it ever needed to be

This app seems to stop working every time there is an update! Current version opens but gets stuck on a blank aqua coloured screen, doesn't even make it to the Home page. No use at all.

Doesn't work on Google Pixel 7 Pro. I'm a guest at the Joia Bavaro and I have a blank screen. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, numerous times. Staff doesn't know what to do. Works on their phone. Checked all my settings. What's wrong?

good app, generally. goes down every so often, which makes navigating the property difficult. searching for specific locations isn't intuitive and neither is using the map.

This app is the difference in understanding your resort and taking advantage of all it has to offer, and being thoroughly confused and frustrated. In an all inclusive environment where different tiers of bookings determine what and where you can do and go, this app handles it all. It will even navigate you to each and every location; such as cafes, restaurants, bars, pools, the beach, activities, etc... This app would have 5 stars except it was glitchy and crashed multiple times.
