Used to be an excellent very easy claims process in addition to the ability to view balances left for each health benefits available and gapsaver balance for older policies but recently with the new updates that falsely promised more features, even the main features aren't available and comes with no details other then link to some generic PDF policy documents plus many error. The new App developer doesn't seem to know what's expected. In the age of AI we've gone decades backwards.

Updated March 2025. The digital card is not scanning. It's so annoying. Using a S21 ultra. The app has all the relevant info I need about my policy. I like checking my claims and what amounts I have left. The only downside is that the virtual HBF card that is available in the app doesn't always scan on the HICAPS machines. I can make a claim via the app, but the claim takes up to 7 days to be processed. Apps can only improve, and this one is starting off good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The app is crashing as soon as I've put in my selected pin. The screen just shows up.as white without any loading or further pages. Please fix I've tried reinstalling multiple times.

One thing with the app that I think is needed is way to track your payments. Something to show when your payments are due also to show if you have made extra credit payments. Another thing a list of how much you have claimed and what you have left would be handy so you aren't stumped with a bill at checkout.

easy to use and submit a claim. didn't have all the specific info I wanted to know about if I can claim a split under physio, bit we'll find out as I submitted it.
