okay, thank God for this app + their Zigbee, z-wave, matter mesh hub. I bought a bunch of different devices, and tried all sorts of things to get the devices to work with each other (tuya's dev API, Hubitat, Alexa). No matter what, I would ultimately hit some sort of dead-end. This app + the hub have fixed all the random issues I was running into.

More like two and a half stars, it's missing some of the most basic things that you would never think to the look into before purchasing, like why would it not have a schedule based on sunset and sunrise, instead you have to choose a specific time. Also with a simple bit of code you allow more than just fully open fully closed.. partially open would be nice, especially with zebra blinds, this would allow you to have open closed and then in zebra mode. Decent app, could be better.

I have more than a dozen smart switches throughout the house. Multiple brands. Moe's are the worst. They seem very frail in construction compared to the others. The LED is usually off sync. And the lights are often unresponsive to Google. They were the only ones that required no neutral wire which is why I bought them.

Since latest update, schedule for smart light switch (no hub) no longer works. Disappointing.

Last night went offline,.then I couldn't even turn the lighs off, had to uninstall, and disconnect the neutral wire and reconnect it again, I wish I would not installed

Loads of bugs. I seem to be having the opposite problem to others. Namely that app turns switches in when not required or programmed. It can't seem to cope with more than ine device. I programmed swithes to turn on at different times, but they both turn on at the same time. Program one to come on the other off, it still turns them both on. End both schedules two weeks later it has randomly turned a storage heater on overnight without programming. It's 20°c today!!!! Useless app all round.

A few things hinder this app's usability. 1. The address city defaults to "Majestic" and cannot be changed easily. Whatever location API they're using is not implemented well. 2. Conditions cannot be removed in "Scene". Once a condition has been added, it can only be modified, never removed. This necessitates deleting and re-adding a scene if one requires that a certain condition be entirely removed. 3. Scenes support only one group of conditions and must be either "AND" or "OR".

TERRIBLE!!! I wish I had read the app reviews and installed this switch before 30day return policy ran out. This switch & App are both terrible. Switch looses connection to wifi in numerous situations where you have to manually reconnect it. NOTE: Other devices do NOT loose connection in these situations. When switch looses connections & you have to re-pair all the automations I setup in the app DELETE.. What a piece of junk. I'm looking for a replacement and this will be going in the trash
