Overall very good and works well. However, you have to be careful your session ends because if not, you'll be charged at public rate indefinitely. It happened to me, I contacted the support and they refunded in due time. Other than that, Bluetooth parking could be improved but it does the job quite nicely.

Not great. I was charged for an indigo session that I was not aware of having somebody else car registered in my list for occasional use. At no time they let you know that a session can be started without your consent by an external partner. They just notify you that the session they started without you knowing about, looks a little bit too long after a certain time. I explained the issue to the customer service. They still charged me. Update: I have been refunded.

Under the name İNDİGO on my credit card İ was charged 19 Euros. The parking fees to which I requested were .93 euros. As I see from the reviews I wasn't the only one to experience this. I was in a rush to download the app and pay for my parking, although I don't recall ever giving permission for such a charge. Nor a notice that they were going to do so.

It's really difficult to read the text with DARK THEME, and there is no option to disable it (apart from changing the whole system theme...)

I would not install it again. You can be charged if you forget to remove a replacement car a few weeks down the line.

The app is useless. Impossible to add a card. So I could not pay cuz I got no coins. I had to go to urgencies... so imagine the beauriful scene. Thank you guys. Great work. (?)

My experience: App is very unresponsive even if working from a Wi-Fi connection. I get lots of timeout type "error occurred" so that it takes minutes to book a parking. In several occasions I gave up and paid with coins to note later that eventually the parking was booked (even if the app did not confirm that booking). This meant I paid twice pretty expensive parking. The app should send a confirmation email at the time of booking not only after. And the responsiveness must be greatly improved.

So they put a qr code on all parking meters, instruct you download the app and then scan the qr, then you go through all the hassle to connect your credit-card, and then.... guess what ... NOTHING! the worst app ever made in history. Not even any ability to actuality scan the qr code you wanted to scan in the first place. Horrible, don't waste your time on this
