I love Panago but this app is trash. I don't think the "pay now" option has worked even a single time for delivery OR pickup -- and then 50% the pay later for delivery doesn't work, and 80% of the time the pay later for pickup doesn't work

Overall a decent app that does what you need. Loses stars because every time you try and add your card it says it fails to validate and to try again or chat with support. Support just says it needs to be EXACTLY like your billing address with the bank. Which I literally went and copy and pasted but still didnt work. Then disconnected. Tried every possible combination but no luck. No issues on any other app/site as I do lots of online ordering. It's a pandemic, fix your online processes.

Short version - it works great. Long version - you customize the hell out of your enormous selection of pizzas, wings, and desserts that you know you don't need, after all it's just you, but hell, you walked to the bathroom twice and that was just yesterday, so you've earned it! You name your order and save it - after all those calories can't be wasted on typing or selecting things from a menu, they're needed for the anxiety and the self-loathing - and feast yourself to oblivion!

Update looks good but there's a few problems. First one is that I can't log in. I just get an error saying that the password can't be blank. Second is that every time I load the app, I get a prompt to allow notifications. Even if I wanted all my apps to give me notifications, I don't want a pizza app to. I'm far too broke to afford pizza even once every two weeks and I don't want my phone reminding me of that fact.

The app will let you order a pizza, all right. But it is NOT 5 stars app by any means. One star down is for neither using the location from the phone nor saving "favorite" location, so you have to type the city you are in over and over again. And 2 more stars down for utterly useless "zero contact payment" for anyone living in Western Canada. Panago has a deal with Save on foods here but you can't add the reward card in the app, so you must touch the terminal in the store no matter what.

This app has become 100x better recently. Only issue I noticed is that when you select pickup or delivery, there doesn't seem to be any feedback as both buttons stay black and there's nothing on the screen confirming the order is really for pickup until you confirm your order. If that issue was fixed, I think it might be five stars based on my experience.

Overall good app, nice scrolling menus and easy to read and consume the info. Checkout experience was halted when one of my items was out of stock and you have to leave checkout to edit the cart. Would be a better experience if I could remove the item and continue instead of breaking the session.

I couldn't even login to the app. As soon as I filled in the credentials and tapped on the Login button, it cleared my password and complained with the error "Password can't be blank". My password had 65 characters. I suspected the app was not design to consider long passwords (although the field could take it). I then changed my password to 16 characters on the web. (Sidetrack: there was no change password option and I had to do Forgot password, why?) Same problem with 16 characters…
