great food, mid service. I ordered delivery for 7 items and only got 3. They forgot to add the sauces, and both desserts that I ordered, and the app itself doesn't allow you to contact them to deal with any discrepancies. That combined with the fact I used a pies/perk reward for one of my other items, and even that one wasn't delivered, so I'm out around $10 at minimum (probably doesn't sound like a lot, but foods expensive)

I'm a new pielogoy fan, I've only used the app twice, a couple months. I loved it at first! I was able to login w/ ease and start using discounts! Now, when I click "login with Google", it loads my profile for a split second, but then it immediately logs me back out. If I try to log in with my username and password, it's doesn't load my account at all. 😞😞 If I can't login, I can't use any rewards or continue earning points. 😞😞Please fix this!!!

Messages that pop up on my phone don't transfer over to the app where they tell me to go to to see what's new. They don't list all the toppings they have at the store, all the choices. Just bought two pizzas, app is saying I have no points. Despite all this, we absolutely love Pieology. My husband was able to order a pizza off the app and that all worked out fine. ... so just a few kinks.

The app was great, but since the last two updates it is now terrible. For some reason some ingredients are unavailable for the craft your own pizza, but are available for other types of pizza. The app freezes or just resets when trying to add pizzas to the order. Completely useless now except to scan at the restaurant. Really disappointed customer now.

Useless!!! Referral link should be unique. Friend installed & when switched screens to copy my referral code, the input field disappeared! Didn't get entered into the sweepstakes despite downloading the app for the 1st time on pi day. Cannot scan receipt's barcode!! When manually entered claims invalid - total BS!! PLUS had no opportunity to scan in store.

So I ordered for the first time today, selecting curbside pickup. I think that the pizza was ready when I got there, but the app said the order status was "in progress" even several minutes after the chosen time. No one came out to the curb, so I walked in and picked up the pizza. This was not a huge deal under the circumstances, but it would be nice if the app and infrastructure tried a little harder.

The developer didn't read the review, the issue happens with the app, website, and in the store. Reloading the app does not affect the website or in store. Also happens on my other phone. Decided to waste my time and reinstall it and guess what, it's still screwed up. Had no issues with the app until I tried redeeming a reward. No matter what I tried it refused to accept the reward. Went to a store and had the same problem. I opened a ticket and provided the info requested and the info provided from the store. It's been over 10 days since the ticket been open and six days from the last update from them. Today the 21st and still no fix or contact from the company.

The pits, only 25 letter to describe any special request.... are you crazy... think you meant words. Need to put banana peppers as a choice there's 14 spaces in that request alone, spinach as choice, you can add these in store. You should have an easy tab, such as easy cheese, too much ruins my pizza. I tried to go back... no go back feature in the app.... the app kept freezing... what was wrong with the last app, it worked perfectly!
