You cannot cancel the order, literally seconds after placing the order. The store cannot help me get a refund so I can repurchase as a delivery. I accidentally chose pickup somehow because this stupid app doesn't make it clear before you purchase if it is a pickup or delivery order. They need to have it where you can review if this is a pickup or delivery order. So effing annoying! I've done this twice and each time I am forced to buy the order twice! I am sooooo mad right now!

My veggie pizza is perfect every single time. The service when I picked up my order was great! The one star short is because on the website and the app it kept double charging me for a drink. A small drink was over $5.00 but because it was my first online order I had a discount so I let it go. Other than that I loved it.

It is works fine if you're going to have your location on at all times, but so many features don't work if your not near the building or your gps isnt on. Scan your receipt from the drive thru, absolutely not you're not at the restaurant. Check the menu for something, not if you're not near a restaurant. Use a coupon in store, not if you don't turn on your location, close & reopen the app. It does help me to eat there less, because I don't want the hassle.

Interface looks decent, everything else, especially implementation is terrible. Checkout never reflects promo adjustments, delivery is hit and miss, mostly miss. I've had terrible instances where the app says no delivery to my area when it worked shortly before, or I select delivery, but defaults to pick up after checkout and I had to call the store to cancel my order.

Not exactly user friendly. At some point it works, and you rack up some points. But then, it stops working. Like a few weeks ago, when I try to use my birthday promo for a free sandwich. Conveniently, the app wouldn't work, claiming some kind of GPS error preventing it from redeeming. So I wind up buying my lunch, and then a few weeks later it tells me all my points are about to expire because I haven't been by anytime lately. Well fine then. I'll go somewhere else. 😔

Big improvement from when last reviewed. Their updates have fixed about every problems there was, except for that it doesn't apply the discount for Wednesday BOGO pizza. It lists the discount on the site but even at checkout it doesn't apply, but rather wants to charge full price. Other than that- largely improved (but be careful when pressing the "back" arrow on your phone: it will take you back further than you'd probably like.)

The nearest Schlotzsky's to me can only redeem bites rewards and birthday sandwiches from this app. They stated that they don't get reimbursed for referral codes, so I had to just watch as those went down the drain. Additionally, the new app is less than user friendly. The new game barely qualifies as one, but let's face it, we didn't get the app for the game (game no longer available in my app). The fact that online ordering doesn't seem to work for me, and my favorite restaurant cannot be saved are issues though. I love Schlotzsky's, but this new app and it's implementation are pretty pathetic. Update: Upon further use of this app, I wish there was a zero star rating available. Uninstalled this frustrating waste of space.

this has to be the worst rewards app ever. have had two receipts not validated in a row because they were "invalid" and when you try to enter them manually it doesn't work. no directions or guidance on how to scan receipts in the app. you have to find the location first before scanning, which if you're doing it later from home is a pain. overall, if this doesn't get fixed I'm just not going back to any schlotskys out of protest
