For the past year orders have not been in on time. When I call the there help line they say I will get the order same day still shows up days later. It's more convenient to skip the app and place an order through them just so you can get a more accurate date of arrival

Recent updates have completely killed app. Can no longer see any of my saved locations to place orders. Only way I can get ice now is by going through my rep to order. This has been broken for well over a month now, what gives?

I think this is genius, works great. I've had this app for over 2 months plus. Manage a Murphy's and we do go thru a lot of ice. Helps me manage the deliveries and when I have to place an order myself.

good app seems like it works well too bad Redi ice doesn't respond I have placed 3 orders through the app still no ice but when I call the main number I am informed I have a pending delivery but no date...

It's a great app until you need a service call on a machine. You have to call it in for it to take. The option on the app doesn't work

Down for over 12hrs for so called scheduled maintenance. Every time you place an order it gets rescheduled the next day. Not very happy with the service so far but stuck with it.
