The app is very helpful for getting to online meetings. The interface is simple and streamlined. My issue is a bug I want to share with the developer. When one person shares, then logs out of their share, often their audio remains live and smothers the audio of the next speaker. This is a common problem because I hear people in the app complain about it as well. The current workaround is to quickly end the meeting and re-enter, which clears the redundant live audio. Many times per meeting.

I just started using this app in 2020, so with that being said I cannot comment on the old reviews about nudity and inappropriate usage. I have been attending meetings for a month now without witnessing any of that and I enjoy the app and its easy to use (once you learn how to use it through trial and error). It would be nice if the app had a tutorial that showed you exactly how to use the app. It needs to explain things for dummies like me and many others who don't know anything about technology but need this service. The phone app UI is not very user friendly and its difficult to figure out things like how to get attendance marked for meetings and then get proof of attendance. Also, letting people know how the sharing feature works so they are not trying to figure it out the very first time they share (making a terrible experience for everyone) would be helpful. Another feature that doesnt work very well is the remind me for upcoming meetings, where can i see meetings that are currently on my watch list? The remind me slider refreshes to default when you refresh the list. Am I still being reminded of that meeting I selected after I refresh? It doesnt look like it. Lastly, I am not sure if this problem is with just my device or if other people experience it as well, but my phone gets REALLY hot especially attending an hour long meeting. I have to turn battery saver on, remove the phone from the case, turn active brightness off and turn down the display to like 5% to keep my pixel 4 from overheating.

Great app, lots of meetings to choose from, can request verifications by logging in to the website, but with the app it's easy to get into an online meeting and I like that I can set reminders for upcoming meeting, keep track of my sobriety time, and even make friends, read daily posts from other users give feedback. You can search for a local meeting near you or just one click join an online meeting with lots of options to choose from. It's a great app.

Installed app after not being on website account for a while. When i tried to log in, it said member not found. Requested name/password through email, but never got a code notice even though it said it was sent. Went back to website and logged into account with no problem, but said I could only access video meetings thru app. So, I went back to app, and this time it logged it with no problem (weird). Now, that I'm finally in to my account, everything is great. Love and appreciate InTheRooms.

Very frustrating app. On phone can hear everyone's background when they are done sharing. Not super welcoming to new comers. Didn't care for the regular people that had been there awhile, found them to be very full of themselves and rude. Lots of issues with sharing, found better apps that were much more organized and less stressful

I appreciate the opportunity to connect with community. That said, there are some technical aspects that make it frustrating. App doesn't show / have all the features that computers apparently do. It also drops the call if I get a call / switch pages momentarily & then I lose ny spot in the share queue. No chat box to ask questions / make comments. As a newcomer, that's frustrating when I can't see the readings & don't know what they're reading & have no way to ask unless I request to share.

This app has insanely high battery usage for some reason. I have a 3a super charger and my battery level will either stay the same for a full meeting or slowly drop. I've never experienced that with any app, ever. Also, my phone heats up to the point of tempature warnings. Something about this app really needs to change. Otherwise, it's a great way to keep in touch with the AA fellowship

It won't upload pics for my profile picture. I've also set everything to have allow access to everything and uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. I've set up the app to remind me about upcoming meetings and I've missed 2 sessions due to the defective app. I've reached out to technical support twice with no responses back
