Horrible app. Always crashing and not working, like right now, not working as usual. This is the most crashed app on my phone. "The stupid whoops! There was an error retrieving data pleas3ctry again. Sure, have a screenshot, but nowhere to download them to!!! Your automated answers to everyone blaming our doctors office doesn't cut it.

Disappointed. I uninstalled & reinstalled after reading the lastest review. My office informed me that that app was having issues & that developers were working out the bugs (working in IT, I emphasize). So, after reading the 12/30 review, I thought everything was fixed. I'm still getting the "Opps" error message. It also says that this was made for an "older" version of Android. That's not good for us who updated our phones earlier last year. Please help!

Cannot get it to work at all. Following directions and entering codes given at allergy clinic. I keep getting error message "Oops, something went wrong. Try again." This is when I enter clinic code. Very frustrating. Several times I have installed/uninstalled this app the past week. The app opened today at map giving me pollen count, but I couldn't enter any codes. Uninstalled, tried to install again. Came open, entered code, got Oops message.

Poor UX, especially the set up screens and the date picker. Once you get it working, it's very basic. It would be easier to have discreet fields for day, month, year, rather than have to go through the date picker, as changing the year is not obvious and the picker requires a lot of work. It would be easier for me to tap in numbers rather than open a date picker, hunt for how to change the year, then once I get there, go in the correct direction to find the correct month, then day.

App work for a couple of months in early 2019, but haven't gotten it to work since. I have uninstalled and reinstall several times. Entering my info is no big deal DOB is easy but then I just keep getting the dreaded OOPS something went wrong. Never does connect. Poor app..Update 3/12/21 all the sudden it quit working again. This app is very inconsistent. Update 5/13/21 this app sucks I have been trying to get on and can't. I even had my Allergist reset my info and to no avail it still gives me.

Seriously, you are going to make me swipe through 40 years of months to get to my birthday, and then after all that fail and lose the info? Hire a UI/UX developer. This thing is unusable on Android. Edit 1: it is possible to click the year, but it still only give you a few years back, so you still have to do it over and over. Better than swiping through months, still fairly annoying.

This app is terrible. The date picker requires you to scroll through every month to get back to your date of birth. I'm 47, so it took forever. Then I got a "whoops" error, followed by 200 million more whoops errors. And yes, I checked my info, yes I confirmed the code with my Dr office. So I uninstalled and tried to reinstall, but got the "whoops" error before I could even get to the date picker. I know 2020 is a disaster, but apps for kids work better than this.

This is the second time that I have had this app become virtually unusable. I rely on this app to know when I need to get shots as I am going to be on them for life. I'm going to have to resort back to remembering to put my shot dates in my Google calendar as I cannot rely on this to work long enough to be able to keep up with my shot dates.
