Great app. I have suggestions that would make it better. Roster download easier.... When manually adding flights when you search airport codes it shows the "nearby airports" and "all airports" I would much rather see "Home Airport" and/or "Frequent Airports" Also same as able to see how many times we have been to an airport. I would love to see my "AIRCRAFT LIST" show my top aircraft and least aircraft. Just suggestions that I would love to see. Been premium for years and 2 airlines.

Update: Trying it again but this time it doesn't download my roster. It just gives a server error even tho I'm connected to the Internet. Doesn't even let me create an account. Only thing it says is to "check the details". All my info is correct, tried from scratch several times. No information on what is actually wrong. No links or contact information to get help setting up an account.

When the app is working, it is good. However, I've had it for about a year and a half and have had 3 different times when I couldn't update/download my roster. Previously, the team was pretty quick about fixing the problem. However, I'm now at 2 full weeks without being able to upload a roster, including entering a new bid period. The only response I've received from the tech support team is "Sorry, we're trying to fix it" and blaming the problem on a change at my airline. Not helpful at all!

Latest update made app unusable. Tried reaching out to support (ticket 257384), but no response at all. Seems like they didn't bother testing before releasing update. Would be better just to roll back to the previous version. I paid for 1 year subscription and really only got to use it for a month, and now it's broken. I feel like they stole my money.

Only shows the number of sequences, not the number of flights. If I wanted to count those up manually I wouldn't have paid for the app. Underwhelming. To the developer: Hey, thanks for answering! It shows that I've only flown 29 flights all time and 6 for this year, which is absolutely incorrect. How do you see the complete number?

Buggy app in the last 3 months. Latest Jan update refuses to open the app (automatic crash), and I have found that the app is more difficult to use since the Dec update as it no longer directly links automatically to my airline's sign in page and the our airline sign in page is wrong as well as it does not acknowledge the correct page it so I have to go to a web browser instead. Sometimes it will not update the new information after it has been "saved"and the old roster will still be shown.

App has gotten worse over time. You now have to manually email your schedule for it to be added. I have been unable to see next month's schedules even though I've sent it several times and it shows up as the "Latest Roster". Also, I periodically get logged out and have to re-enter my credentials and redo my setting. Was a decent app before, now almost useless. Won't be renewing my subscription.

I was a Premium subscriber last year. There were some outages / connection problems (sometimes for a week or more), but when the app worked, it worked well, and support was OK. I liked the auto roster downloads and calendar export, and found the customization options helpful. At $11 last year, the subscription was a little spendy, but I was prepared to renew. I've just found that the price has doubled (now $22!) however, and I can't justify that expense for my use. I'm sadly headed elsewhere.
