Edit: Card payments are hit and miss. My Visa debit had to be readded every time in order to work. I can't add my new MasterCard debit at all. Out of luck if without card. You might want to talk to the third party that makes the app about their payment solutions. Significantly better than the competition. Accurate and fast times, somehow even in peak hours. Never waited more than ten minutes for a taxi with Royal. Hour long waits with City at times.

Once again card payments have been removed from the app. I will never pay via cash in a taxi due to the arguments and confrontation that occurs when discussing fare prices. I just want to pay what is quoted when I book but some drivers seem to think this means they can claim the app is wrong to gain an extra 50p. Re-add card payments and I will use you again.

Ordered a taxi quoted at £8 I was charged considerably more when I rang the office to dispute this they stated the "app was gliching" no resolve no refund just a daylight robbery as they did nothing and charged more than the agreed fare...happened more than once it's a regular occurance or taking payment by card and the taxis not turning up absolute disgrace
