So.. This may be a coincidence but I researched app after app looking for one that sounds promising to use for business texting and decided this one actually might be the one. So I install it and go to log in using Google and it takes me straight to a notification screen stating "we are currently undergoing maintenance, this shouldn't take long" I have my fingers crossed that it truly is bad timing and will update my review after I wait for the app maintenance to complete.

I cannot recieve calls and do not get my messages all the time. I've probably lost about thousands of dollars worth of business because of this. I've talked to the staff and they say it's an issue mainly with Android or Samsung users. They said they are working on a fix but the problem has only gotten worse. It also doesn't play nice with me phone keyboard functionality. Frustrating to say the least.

It's really not that great of an app. It's barely a minimum viable product. It doesn't tell you how many credits you have left and the Opt-out button for clients isn't working. Won't let you send blasts either.

No notifications? We use this app in our business and it technically does the job, but there is no notification of new messages. Unless you go in and physically check, there's no indication of a new message

It's good for what it is...problems with android not being able to send pics through it, but iPhone can. And it's a bit laggy on android and doesn't refresh fast enough. Fix those two things please

The app is great except there is no way to turn off the calling option. My phone will ring even if my phone is set to silent. We may have to change apps because of this.
