Looks flash but is not intuitive. Really poor UI design which makes booking a room way more difficult than to should be. Also bug out when using the map making it hard to zoom in/out, and loses the background image of the actual map randomly. Also logs me out all the time. I've had to set it up 3 times now and I'm not sure why. Hope the organisation I work for isn't paying money for this...

Horribly over-complicated user interface. Extremely unintuitive. For example, why do I need to re-select a date when a date is already shown at the top of the screen, thereby implying that a date is already selected? What about offering a simple, logical sequence of steps? After all, I'm only trying to select an available desk on a particular day. It should not be this difficult and clunky. Having an app that "looks nice" is no good when the actual experience of using it is awful.

Extremely user unfriendly. Multiple redundant clicks/selections required. Error messages are not clear on what needs to be selected (e.g. a red cross or highlight could indicate missing info). It's difficult to book the desk you want from the map. It's difficult to work out which day/s you are booking for (would be much easier if a calendar displayed for you to select a date). Ultimately very difficult and annoying to use.

App is slow to navigate around available desks and finicky to set the booking time I want as it resets/ignores what I selected. I continually need to uninstall and reinstall the app as it just hangs every few weeks when I try to open it. Check-in hasn't worked for me in weeks it just hangs so I gave up, and notifications for my bookings are inconsistent so have to manually look up where I've booked for the day.

Quick and easy way to find the spaces I need. I can search for desks with specific features, like a sit/stand or dual monitor config, and same for meeting rooms, so I can quickly find a room w/ a projector when someone else's meeting is going long and pushes me out of a room. I can also search for coworkers to see when they're planning to come into the office, and then make my bookings accordingly. Regularly updated! Desktop version is available too!

App doesn't work for me. After logging in there is no Wayfinder button so I can't do anything. Restarting app gives me a blank white screen which is frozen. Reinstalling gives the same result. App is completely useless to me.

Would be 5 star as I've had no previous issues whatsoever but since the latest upgrade it won't allow me to see my bookings and is asking to restart. Click on it and it reloads but still won't show my bookings. This is a huge issue and backward step.

Terrible app. It lacks the basic user interface functionalities and experience. Forget password doesn't work. If I entered the wrong password, it doesn't give any error message. I'm still stuck in the login.
