I honestly have not experienced anything as frustrating as this app. It is unbelievably slow one hour to close down a job and all sorts of problems along the way with syncing and uploading information. The app loses sync at least 4-5 times a day and it takes 25 min to re initialise. Then you've lost all the information you've filled out so you have to start again. Probably the most unuser friendly app I've ever experienced. Any business looking to use this. Stear clear save your money+time. 0/5!

I'm someone who NEVER reviews anything but I feel so strongly about this app I feel that I need to. It operates like it's not even at beta stage. It's slooooooooow, it's glitchy, it's crashes and requires a 15min reload, it's way more complicated than it needs to be.... It's FRUSTRATING!!!! OMG IS IT FRUSTRATING!!! Sitting on the side for hours waiting for the app to complete the most mundane tasks has become the norm. I have only been using this app for 2 days, I can't take a 3rd 👎👎

Hi I have never experienced any app like this one, marvellous piece of art 🤔, very slow and hard to use very complicated not user-friendly at all, it took me the whole day to book off a job it gave stress and anxiety, you will need a blood pressure pills next to you to be able to cope with it I highly don't recommend it at all. Atlas was way better light and fast, literally 10 seconds to book off and complete a tow. Nbn could've improved it and added the things that is needed for the job .

As a servicemax go consultant, I feel pathetic to recommend this to clients. This app is overhyped while many essential key product functions are struggling in this app. Like synchronisation of records, records roll back to old value after sync instead of loading the updated record from server, custom SFM actions, external links. Full of bugs. Had multiple cases with svmx still they cannot pinpoint the issue.

If I can give a zero star rating then that's what it would be. I smell too much corruption with this new application. Just to name a few pointers. 1. Tracking 2. Wait times a hell of a disgrace. An absolute disgrace to us professionals to work on an app that seems like it was develeoped in some experiment class in year 10.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I can not give 0. The worst app I have ever seen, constantly crashes, keeps you waiting for 2 minutes once you press anything, not user friendly at all. Internet explorer in 1996 on my old dial-up modem was working better.

I started using this app on NBN unify. It is worst app I seen. It just doesn't work 90% of time. It is too slow. We have to sync again and again. I will not recommend it to any business who is thinking of any work management system. Stay away.

Not user-friendly to many side tabs, an improvement would be all information in one page with options to add information and images, form style. As it stands terrible app too easy to miss info it's a pain to use.
