The app works now, but I've been trying to order all week and keep getting a payment error. I've tried different payment methods that all fail. Also, it's lame that it doesn't automatically filter restaurants by location. As if people need the option to mobile order from a restaurant hundreds or thousands of miles away!

The WORST app ever. So many bugs. I am unable to sign in I didn't change any password at all. I did the reset and nothing. Still unable to sign in. But then I encountered this, I pull down the "sign in" window and there was another one. I pulled that one and another and I'm in the main menu for a couple of seconds until it kicks me out. But WAIT, my phone STARTED to heat up A LOT. It's like playing a mobile game and having the graphics to MAX. It was so bad I had to get off. Terrible app.

I have been trying to use this app for a while and it fails. Okay, fine, no biggie. Now they have black truffle back on the menu via the app but I can't even order it as it keeps telling me for two different cards that there is an error and the payment can't be processed. I spent almost an hour trying to see what I can do- even sign up for Google pay and uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing worked. At least you can go into Shake Shack and see if you can just order in person instead.

I'm rarely able to place an order without at least one error message, which never gives the slightest clue as to what's causing the problem. Instead it just says "Oh no! There's a problem" and I usually spend an extra 5-10 minutes (at least) debugging before it finally goes through (if I haven't given up on ordering anything after 20+ minutes).

Worst food app experience I have ever had. When I ordered in the app today, I never received an indication that my order was done. The app simply displayed that my order was still processing. After waiting and inordinate amount of time, given how slow business was in the restaurant, I went the window. Imagine my delight when I found out my order was ready and waiting. Only to be followed by the immense disappointment of a cold burger and some slushy milk (sans the shake). ZERO NOTIFICATION!!!

The app is pretty easy to use but I recommend adding the option to choose a "home" location rather than having to search for a location. Not sure why we are asked what is our favorite location if it isn't going to be a default location. Also, the option to edit scheduled orders or be able to place a subsequent order. Had to go on the website to place another order because I forgot to add something.

This app is useless. We were really excited to use it to order from the Shack Shake that just opened up by us and to avoid the long lines since everyone is excited about one over in my neighborhood and both the app on me and my sister's phone crashed. We tried placing the same order multiple times thinking maybe it was our phones but it gave the same error for both. Utterly useless.

the app suggests ordering fries together with the veggie burger. does not warn you that they cook fries in the same oil as chicken (glad that i've asked to save myself the disappointment). given above, I'm a bit skeptical that the veggie burger itself wasnt cooked together with the meats, either. the app itself is also very bad, for example, it never explains that ASAP orders would be ready in like 6 minutes. how is one supposed to know that if they've never been to the place before the app?!
