Stanley plaza car park is very small to navigate to L3, the fast charge by shell recharge app is not convenient, expect to lose some charge from your car battery while charging here. 28hkd per hour for the car park. No signal inside the car park for the super charger, the shopping mall doesn't offer wifi either so you need to get off your car and start looking for signal 😂 The parking area for Super chargers is not convenient and convincing. absolutely useless! shell is a huge company yet fumbled miserably with this app. rented a car in eu. given a shell recharge card. download this app. phone cannot be set to eu phone number. therefore the recharge card number is invalid for link up. where is your quality review team. i see that someone complained about this oversight already. why is it not corrected in days? if not hours. who is getting paid but not performing? LOL.

No option to choose English at first (but once you signed up and logged in, you can go to settings to choose it), and I could not find my EV among all the brands in the "My Car" section, so I had to choose another one. Maybe that's why *none* of the chargers I've tried so far worked?

Downloaded in Oz in anticipation of EV hire in the UK. First problem, can't even register with my Australian mobile which I'll be bringing with me, so app no use to me when I get there. Have to use Tesla superchargers only.

Booking is suppose to be in 15 mins section. But u can only book a slot with minimum 45 mins. It doesn't tell if u are booking for the AC or DC charger. It doesn't tell u whatt kwh it has. The only thing it tells you is the cost of booking

This App automatically selects Chinese language when opened the first time around and does not give any options to change or select the language.
