Absolutely useless app. First booking I made was cancelled for no apparent reason, so I gave the app the benefit of the doubt and re-booked. After 15 minutes or so the app notified that the taxi was on its way so we went outside to wait. Another 10 minutes went by, the app then said the taxi was outside. We were outside, taxi was nowhere to be seen...... 30 seconds later, "sorry you had to cancel" we ended up walking home. App now uninstalled

Needs a function to be able to edit a booking. Am on a train which is running a bit late and my only option seems to be to cancel the booking and start again

Very nice cab driver, respectful and kind. I'd definitely use this method of transportation again with any of my family.

The app is useless as of late and if you call them, no one answers... They've been going down hill in this way more and more lately, we won't be using them again.

App was good but now won't allow me to book a taxi. No matter what type of taxi I request! Needs sorting as at times I need to take my dog places and it's easier for a taxi!

I am a wheelchair user and there is a part of the order to say you are traveling with a wheelchair but for the 2nd time the driver said they did not know it was for a wheelchair. Clearly this information is not passed on. I had to show my booking so they could see it was for a wheelchair otherwise they would not have taken me.

Always easy to use and great app if you struggle with English or can't speak.. And the taxi company is one of the best in Corby, wonderful drivers. I totally recommend it!
