I was getting push notifications then they stopped? I can't get them to come back on. Now I only get email notifications. I checked the app settings on my phone and the notifications are still on. Also this app just isn't very user friendly to the common person. I have tasks in date order. If I select my username they remain in date order but if I select the project itself from the menu it randomizes the order? It seems really inconsistent.

Todoist is comparable in simplicity (quick start-up) but Todoist is more intuitively structured. For example, why triple-dot > More > Logout instead of an icon that looks more like leaving and Logout (skip the More because there isn't anything else there)? Todoist works smoothly between my Android phone, iPad PRO, and Chrome Browser on my Linux laptop. SmartTask isn't there yet (although I do like the idea of customizable charts).

The whole product seems half-baked and development seems to have stalled. It is slow to access (or not accessible) at times from the US. Sometimes you have to force stop the app and reload it. There are numerous gotchas like the inability to assign more than one person directly to a task. Support is fairly non responsive and suggestions get canned responses like telling you to put it on a suggestion page where nothing happens. I hope they get their act together because Smarttask could be good!

It is not bad. Lack of offline use, cannot even put a task in. Set recurring reminder is impossible to delete if you delete the task. Keep sending the reminder emails even is the task is deleted ages ago.

I use SmartTask for my personal use, personal tasks and it is very helpful to stay organised. I refer this app to everybody who wants to stay organised on their workspace.

Everytime i touch the notifications i have to relogin to access app, even i am using the paid version. NB: i am using the latest version, when i click on notification it shows fetching company details and then the login screen every time.
