The app used to work for me without a problem but now I the app crashes when loading. If the app does load it won't let me sign in. The login page just keeps buffering. It looks like there may be something wrong with the coding because some of the buttons aren't displaying correctly either. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but that didn't fix the problem. For now I'm just going to use the website on my phone but I hope that the next update fixes the issues, it was a good app.

I absolutly love the app and all that it offers. Since SRC 2022 and the new update It does not give me the option to send sms texts. It only gives me the email option.Ive messaged support and get told the same thing.those customers dont have phone #s which in fact they do because i know them personally.It only ever gives me the option to email or copy.But most of the time when I hit the follow up in pulse the app crashes.I'm super excited about this feature cant wait for glitches to get fixed

Unable to log in. Reset password says I don't exist. No technical support. On hold with customer support for over 3 hours, never got through. In que as caller 68? As a social marketer the least you could expect is this fantastic app to work seamlessly so we can do our job. Why are there other complaints of having to reload or can't log in? Give us tools that work so we can use them or don't promote them in training.

Won't even open. Can't leave zero stars. UPDATE: Did a Uninstaller and reinstalled. Opens. Use once, get the information. Go back in fir something else, get ERROR message. Extremely frustrating. You need the information, but damn this is a real disaster app.

The premise is amazing but can't share content, can't complete followups in Pulse. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen times over this week. When I try to share or followup it closes app and says there is a bug.

This app almost never works. I have uninstalled & reinstalled it dozens of times. It crashes almost immediately every time I open it. It sounds like it could be a useful tool...if it worked. Now it's telling me my id number is invalid when I copy & pasted it from modere so it won't even let me attempt to login. Smh

Trying to send samples out through the website but it's saying my contact last name and address is missing. App constantly freezing, kicks me out and on occasion wouldn't let me log in. It would be great to have the app stay open for quicker access.

Can't send messages,closes and goes back to home of my phone. No subscription info. Customer info does show up. Can't wait for the glitches to be fixed. Will Uninstaller again. 4 times now.
