Need ability to choose port again. Not all departments are able to use port 4443 for various reasons and this is causing poor performance of the app as well as user accounts being blocked for failed log ins. There is no reason why this feature needed to be removed.

App is nice for viewing calls and clicking GPS but other than that it's useless. Not enough search parameters. Attachments won't load properly. Can't upload images from phone to incident. Unable to view warrants. Was going to be 1 star but the availability to click address and have it take you to Google maps automatically is the BEST thing about this app.

Used to run smoothly, now it crashes. In the last week it wont even allow me to sign in. I used to be able to manage my call and ignore our dispatch and just do it all myself. Now it routinely glitches and crashes. I'll be half way into a search and it kicks me all the way out to the call list. Needs a lot work.

Apparently I do not have the ability to do searches as there is no search fields to complete under each tab. This is with an Android device and uninstalling the app has not fixed the issue. Loved the app prior to this.

Application constantly loses connection and crashes which is very frustrating. Hasn't been updated in over a year. For being such a large company and considering what this application is used for, I expect much more from Spillman!

App use to work fairly well. Can no longer run searches even after supposed updated searching fix. Now no one in our department can even log on the application.

When using a mobile device or iPad, it would be nice to be able to see the entire incident number in the list of incidents without having to open each individual call to see it.
