After sales service is very very pathetic, worst and unprofessional. It's been more than 2 and half months haven't received RC. And not getting any response from spinny and ticket is closed mentioning tried reaching you, but where as didn't receive any call. And no response to the ticket. But when you go to buy they keep calling you back to back from different mobile no, but that's not seen when you raise a query after purchasing. They just close the ticket called but in reality didn't get call

Spinny gives you the most pathetic after sales experience, as a customer you do not get any help from them. Even your purchased car service history is internal for them they cannot share. During purchase 10000 times they will call and ask you to pay for the car in the buffer period of booking and purchase but after purchase you are no one to them. Highly unsatisfied customer experience. Zero recommendation.

This one is the worst service provider. Plus the app is soooo fraudulent or HACKED. Here we go step by step. I go to website and post my car for sale. I get a confirmation for valuation and no response after that. I get a call from multiple numbers (20+ calls) all routed from MP and displayed as spam in Truecaller. Asking for OTP and what not. I get suspicious and download the app and login Guess what there are 3 cars on sale posted in my login account which I haven't posted - UNINSTALLED

Really worst service. They are saying that they do 140+ checks, in reality they don't even check anything. I have brought a car and found out indicator & parcel tray was missing. From the start till now it's been one month I'm not getting a proper reply from the team. If you buy a car here you have to beg for each and everything for fasttag, rc transfer, service issues, any missing parts, etc... don't buy and do the same mistake as I did.

I love your app it's amazing you guys are building trust but I think cars are bit overpriced and also kindly add one more feature in which we can able to find the ex showroom price of any car of we go for new variant of that. So that a person can take an idea how much less he is getting the car

The worst experience related to after sale.. no one heeds to the problem.. they said initially that RC transfer and insurance transfer asisstance would be provided.. my insurance has not been transferred despite several calls to the spinny teams and pasco motors.. called spinny reminding them of their assurance while buying the car. But blatantly refused to assist claiming it was not in their control . Even government departments are better than spinny . Team of Liars cutting extra bucks. 0 star

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Spinny's refund policy. Despite cancelling my booking through their app, which showed "refund successful," I never received my money back. Spinny took the booking amount upfront, promising a refund upon cancellation. However, it's been a month and I'm still waiting. Their inconsistent and unreliable refund process is frustrating. I advise others to exercise caution when using Spinny's services. Until they resolve this issue, I would not recommend them.

I had a very good buying experience with Spinny with timely updates. Rather than saying good it was excellent. But the actual concern is the after sales support when there is an issue with the car. The resolution process is very slow which gives u a feel that you just have car but still need to depend on cab. We can buy from here, if we are clear that we don't need the spinny warranty program in case of any issues and ready to take it on our own expense.
