I used this app on quite a few times and always found great deals that are much cheaper than the regular parking rates. Never had a problem using the parking pass at the garages. On a recent occasion I had a problem with the parking lot being closed on arrival. SpotHero support was very helpful. They refunded my purchase and credited me the difference for the higher rate that I paid at the airport.

I always check SpotHero when I'm going somewhere. It's usually cheaper and sometimes more convenient. I've only had a problem with it once, when the lot was full, which was frustrating, but we were able to book a different place quickly, and SpotHero did refund me for it. Besides that, I've had a great experience using SpotHero.

Used the button in the app that uses your other navigation app like Google to take me to my parking spot. Ended up 1 hour away from the spot. Missed the event. I purchased tickets to 3 months in advance. Thank you SpotHero, never going to use you again. Also, they made it so hard to refund this. Complete waste of time. Use this app with caution.

Total rip off does not work. I paid in advance for parking in Boston common. When attempting to enter the garage, the system would not accept the scan saying that I was not registered. I attempted several times to rescan, hit the call button and got no response, and with a line of cars behind me had to pay with a regular ticket. Contacted their customer support, and received nothing but questions about whether I did it right. One would think they would know it was never used and refund the money

I booked a monthly reservation for $100... I was instructed to email whoever it was, to get the key card. Nobody replied. The next morning when I went to the lot, I was instructed to get a ticket and at the end of the day, press the help button to be let out. The first week was burdensome, but whatever. It was cheap. But the next week or so the help button people became jerks. Then I emailed spothero and was promised my money back and have heard nothing. 😔

I typically use this app for parking for sporting events. It shows tons of parking options and the prices. Once we had an issue with the parking venue (not the app) and ended up paying extra. Spot hero refunded us with no issues! Great customer service, very responsive. The app is easy to use. You can make last-minute adjustments and payment through the app, so there is no need to fuss when leaving.

I booked a parking spot at a hotel and when I showed up the entire hotel and parking lot were shut down due to hurricane damage. I called Spot Hero customer support and they had me rebooked at another location at no charge in about 2 minutes. I wasn't expecting to be able to reach a human who could fix my issue so easily! Very impressed.

Doesn't allow a separate email for personal and business expenses, and doesn't seem to provide any receipts for filing company expenses. I mean.. these are basic things. Edit: In response to the developer's response, no, you cannot add a separate email. The app simply says it's "linked to a Google account and cannot be changed", for any profile created.
