Really good app but I did not find any option to balance the Bayan sound. For example on scale D ektaal the Bayan tabla soundu is too deep.

Thanks for the update, my problem explained (in my first review below) is solved, so 5 stars। Now it become great with some extra features and rhythms. (First review) Really Good App, but it needs an active internet connection to get start with, even after downloading all samples, I can not play them if internet is not present, please enable offline play after downloading/loading all samples and I will revive my rating perhaps with 5 ⭐.

I bought the premium version and as soon as i made the purchase app has started crashing repeatedly. I thought it was my mobile so i cleaned it up and even restarted but the trouble continues. Hope the developers address to this bug ASAP. Else there is no point in buying a paid version. Sound quality of tones and taals r good.

I purchased the premium version, there are too many flaws with the app, firstly the tanpura stops playing suddenly and sometimes it stops within 3 - 4 mins, second the learn category is of no use as nothing comes up there if I try to play any video say for exam Harmonium videos if I press on any of the videos the app just abruptly shuts off and this is with anything u do in the learn category been exploring the app it's good but there certain things which are annoying.

I am a long time student of Raga thank you for the very thorough riyaz app. Excellent sound quality as well. The fine tuning feature for the tambura works great but does not show the middle point with no adjustment and does not reset to default when changing the fundamental.

I am a beginner in learning Indian classical music and I am using tanpura and tabla apps for over six months now. I would say that this is a great application like other apps in this category. I am giving it 5 stars because of more control over music player and the recording feature with nearly no latency. I would recommend this app to every Indian classical music aspirant.

Nice app. Just a few suggestions. Add taal chachar. Try to add cymbals for certain taals like bhajani, keherwa, roopak, etc. The cycle of a taal should not break until it has reached its first beat(sum). So whenever we change styles, without pausing the taal, it should be continuous. Last one... The sum of any taal should be played a bit forcefully than other beats.

App is great overall, especially the library of bandishes and the real tabla/tanpura sound. Some issues persist, like crashing when trying to record, and I would like to see some sort of unit of measurement for the micro-tuning adjustments (i.e. other apps have used 'cents'...key of D plus 5 cents, etc etc) would be a great add if possible. Update: the app keeps forgetting that I paid for it. Not sure why
