This app is only slightly better. Then the one they had before, but it's still does not show the individual power produced everyday by each panel. Because of that, nobody knows if they have a weak panel or not until they do this, I will not be able to use there App I have one that does show me the individual power. On not only a daily basis, but every 15 minutes throughout the day. This app really gives you full information, so you can follow the shallow pattern on your system on a daily basis

This app is missing some major features when it comes to monitoring your solar system. 1. No push notifications or alerts if your system goes down. 2. Delays of up to 24-48 hours to display any power generation data 3. There is no easy way to compare the current power generation against previous years. This would be useful to show if your system is working well year over year

The app is really cool. The UI/UX design is well done and having 24/7 insight into what is happening to the system is fantastic! However, here are some few ideas to improve the app: The app should be able to tell users, how much energy they used and at what time they are using energy the most vs the least, when they're pulling from the grid, and when they're putting into the grid. As a bonus, the app should make projections as to potential battery storage solutions based on user's energy use

App looks pretty, but only provides a fraction of the information the previous app did. App should provide an optional detail view that displays history graphs for total usage, production, import, export, and battery charge over the course of each day (similar to the old app). Until this is implemented, hopefully the old app won't go away. There should also be more detail about the mysterious "issue being monitored that might resolve itself" that keeps many customers worried.

The app so far is working well. It gives me the information I need, like battery levels, energy produced, and energy consumption throughout the day, month, and year. The app doesn't work anymore after the update.

This app sucks. It provides minimal data on your system and how it's functioning. So when you're making less than normal solar production, you have no idea why. But if Sunrun considers it normal, they won't look at your system. At least give people leasing the ability to access the data to keep their system optimized or at least the ability to use the enphase app

The chat feature on the app/ website doesn't work and I can't reach anyone in customer service. I've been trying for several days. For a company that calls itself the largest solar company in the country you guys suck! It's unfortunate that the only way I can try to get some help is through this Google review. I have a removal and reinstall request pending and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. When I call the bot hangs up on me or puts me on forever hold. THE IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Big improvement over old app. I like it. Usually an upgrade messes up an app. Not this time. System performance data so much easier to find and use. Five stars from me.
