Very helpful app for our cruise! It was nice to have our itinerary and reservations in a single place. It also made check-in super easy with a scannable QR code. I think the app could be improved in some ways (adding the opening / closing times of stores and restaurants on board, for example) but it was very useful overall.

Can't really use this app for anything if you're on a work/group trip since to show information this app requires a booking number. Don't really understand why it's not possible to just manually input the cruise information you're currently on. The only thing you can use is the Club One card and book another trip. edit 2025. Still waiting for the ability to manually add cruise information without a booking number.

Helpful for planning the trip and getting few notifications - like checking deadlines and arriving at the destination. Built-in ship plans are good as well. Would be better if the frequent user qr could would be readable even when using a phone screen privacy protector.

I have been using this app for many years for commuting between Helsinki and Tallinn to buy tickets and check in online. But from now on, they are adding a coupon for 10 eur discunt for 200 uer purchases on board that disables online check-in. That coupon is added automatically, even if i don't need it. But with it, i have to spend time in the ferry terminal to check in and print a ticket. Waste of my time, waste of paper - for what?? And they increased prices as well. Totally disappointed.

App is nice but one problem. The send boarding pass as pdf (which you might need for work) does not always work and there is no way to retrieve old boarding passes if the sending has failed or you forgot to do it. At that is what customer service said. As i can't answer the comment, i would like to stress that my comment was about specifically boarding passes. People need them for work sometimes to prove their trip.

great tool for day trips and all info available and updated in real time ie check in and arrival time in return country!

As the whole Tallink UX this app is a mess. It's usable enough, but can be vastly improved. Without a doubt the worst part of it is that the app needs an internet to display your boarding card which you've checked in in this very app 30min ago. Ouch!

Very easy to use the Club One card by the app, you can do the check in before getting on the ferry, get your boarding passes here and check all the details of your trip easily. So you don't need to ask for a plastic Club One card at all and you don't have to print any papers about your trip.
