One of the worst UIs I have seen till date. It's too basic and crude not User Friendly and the server speeds to pull up earlier scanned products takes years. An intern can design better UI/UX than this and which the size of this company idk where the money is going. Half the app is useless with games which don't exist and a wallet which is kinda useless as I have tried multiple companies verified by letsverify and no provide anything for such as a wallet amount. Get better or you'll lose comp.

It's not able to scan small QR code. It showing focus camera on code. Not good I thought it would be a good app but it's failed to deliver it's basic function. Not sure why developer wants to have access to manage sms and phone calls even though you provide email id instead of phone number. Many flaws in the app. Testing is not done properly before launching it

Data Breach ALERT!!!! This app wants to access to my phone, contacts, sms, location which are unnecessary for its features. Either a dumb developer who added unnecessary ones or the one thinks we are dumb!!

Switches off the phone when scanned. There's an ad right after the scan but it turns off the phone when closed. Might be messing with your operating system. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

This app itself seems like a spam. Why do you need my Phone calls permission, location information, contacts information. I just uninstalled this spam app. You only need the Camera permission to scan the QR Code to verify, and not the whole lot of information.

C'mon do you guys really my phone, location and contact permissions just to verify that whether the product that I have buyed is genuine or not? You don't stop there you have my phone number, my email id, my date of birth, my gender. This much permissions and data collection just to scan a barcode? Next you would ask me my aadhar, my blood samples, my DNA and God knows what else. And there's no option to delete my account Now I would like to opt out of this service and would like you to delete my account from your database. You people do collect way much data about your users than you probably should.

Requires us to unnecessarily login to verify a product. And the OTP service isn't working, so this app is unable to do the one thing it's supposed to do.

I tried verifying a product first by SMS, never received any response there. After trying the same on WhatsApp and LetsVeriFy App and then again sms from my other number, everywhere it says product already verified by someone else. How to know if it was by me in earlier attempt or by someone else? Your business model is to verify the product and yet you could hardly provide any verification details. At least provide masked info of who verified that product at what time and by which method.
