Absolutely awful. If you can, you're better off using the c2 erg, but my gym only has techno. It keeps stopping and also doesn't record my workouts, so now I don't even bother with the stress. The only way to track my sessions is to take a photo of the computer on the display. Also you can't put in your own workouts on the machine through the app. I really thought in this day and age it wouldn't be that difficult for a company like this

App is trash. Can't comment on functionality because after 2 weeks and multiple reinstalls I've still never managed to get the app to even load properly. First it was crashing every time I tried to create an account - specifically when entering date of birth. Eventually got round that problem by creating account in separate mywellness app but even once I fixed that issue this app gets stuck with a perpetual loading icon on the main tab and won't let me do anything.

Rowing works well, but every time I try to set a pace, or add a pace boat, the app crashes. So I can do burning intervals and normal rowing, but almost anything else crashes the app.

Used to work, now it turned usless video app., before i could connect ro rowing machine, now where is wkrkout option, just row option disappeared, please fix it, will change rating when it will work again..

This is a terrible app. It just breaks all the time. WhatsApp message comes in, it loses connection etc. Interface is not intuitive. I'm the only one on a rower in the gym and the connection is woefull! Time to invest in some app Dev boys and girls. The only reason I started using it was the main screen goes off too quick to capture your work out.

Very disappointed so far with this app. I downloaded it because the companion Mywellness app didn't connect to the Technogym rower and was advised to try this app which is specifically for the rower. Well, during my 10000m row, the connection was lost at 875m (after completing the row I confirmed that there was a data connection & Bluetooth was on) so most of my row wasn't recorded. I'll search for an alternative.

The machines themselves are ok, but the apps are truly awful. I have only managed to get it connected to my phone once, and my gym only has the one machine, so no interference from other machines! Other times it says it has connected, but when rowing nothing happens on the app. It's a shame that the machines are quite nice looking and the console gives a much better experience when used properly, but this app is just hopeless.

Awful, unreliable, badly designed waste of time. it connects about 50% of the time. If it does connect, it crashes at the end of the rowing session when you click that you have finished and just shows a spinning icon. It therefore doesn't save any data or send to the hopeless Mywellness app. As with all the Technogym equipment, this app is simply for show when Technogym sells the kit. It doesn't do anything to enhance training or motivation. it is just a source of irritation and distraction.
