Device was randomly signed out, had to sign back in. Failed to send code to email. Closed out, tried again, fixed. Scanned product to place an order, failed transaction through saved card. Tried again with Google Pay, failed. Tried another card with Google Pay, failed. Closed out, tried again, fixed. This app is unstable.

Can you please add a wallet in the app, so we don't have to use the banking application again and again? Edit: Why does the other UPI apps option disappear every other week?

When I click on pay with other UPI apps it says This UPI app was not found on your device. Please fix. Please add support for other UPI apps like Amazon pay.

Extremely limited and pointless . Although there is a card linked to make payments, it can only be used to purchase hot drinks. Payment can not be used if purchasing other items. I find it hard to believe it took 4 months to roll out this rubbish to Rolls-Royce sites. The app will randomly and without warning log out, meaning another code needs to be requested to continue using the app. Like everything ESS/ Compass gets involved with, it instantly becomes a load of rubbish.

Although it is quite nice to load the app with money and forget about physical payment, the app depends on Internet and unfortunately the area where I am using it has very very very poor Internet connection.

This is one of the worst kantine apps i have ever seen. It forgot the kantine once, and i had to search for the code. The menu is spinning around like crazy and you can't use the app in landscape mode, which makes the menu unreadable. Also, there is no possibility to save the menu to your device.

App requires a constant, strong network signal to work properly, as it continuously refreshes the QR codes. So if you need to use it at a location with signal problems, you're out of luck. This renders it completely useless until they get rid of this behaviour and have it generate a QR once, like the vast majority of similar apps do.

Had 2 orders that were good and food was ok. Today's order never arrived. Are the collection stations meant to be manned. Tried to contact the general manager as stated in the app and the canteen was closed. I didn't have time to wait or go back. No number to call or even an email address. Please can someone contact me to get me a refund.
