Useless app not very user friendly, also venue says no transactions fees for using the app but when you try make a purchase instead of charging the amount owed it charges a verification fee first which caused my transaction to be declined! I had $50, my meal was $48, but the $2.67 verification fee took my balance below $48. So I had to go to the bar to order anyway, less what I originally wanted.

I signed up with credit card details. 4 hrs later I've had multiple transactions from the US. Trying to withdraw money. Coincident maybe?? 😕

Have tried 7 times but it won't process the payment. And yes I have checked my bank balance. Entered the code correctly (7 times). Extremely annoying.

One of the worst, most glitchy food apps I’ve ever used. Can't get the payment validation screen to scroll down, so can’t pay. Just useless.

Demands your bank details. Get lost, I'll pay in person. This is a very unpopular app that deters customers.

The most useless app ever. Makes you enter your card details to get $10 free credit (also charges your card on signup). That's not the worst part though after signing up the app cannot find any venues at all, literally not a single one (I know it's available in my area as a new pub that opened up is advertising your app). What's the point of having this app if I can't even use it? Feels like they just want to steal as much data possible.

After installing, I couldnt find the restaurant in my city as I couldn't get it to change out of the default setting, the Auburn hotel. When typing in our restaurant, it couldnt find any in our state. Same result for my app-savy son who downloaded the app too. I regret giving our phone numbers and info. The restaurant asked everyone to use this app but in the end, they had to take orders themselves. Everyone else seemed to be having similar probs though.
