The whole service is quite ok, but it needs to support dark mode (impaired vision). Also, when calling offline I cannot hear the other end ringing, and end up talking straight away after a big silence. Overall i like the service and quality of calls. I am using the service for offline calls only, as I was tired of internet voip based calls for the lag and other sounds issues. Huge improvement has been made on the app, as now is finally able to run and get the list of contacts with no internet.

Well up until yesterday this app was working fine and a great app to use to call my international friends with, however now it is giving me the following message when I open the app: "Server Certificate Error! Do you use public WiFi?" I haven't changed any settings on my phone at all....frustrated as I have had a response from toolani help people on this issue. Oh and I have to always email my questions, concerns or issues I may have, as the live chat does not work, which is frustrating.

The calls I make require my using the touchpad to enter codes or selections. If you look at my account, all the calls made in 1 minute or less I couldn't complete on account the touchpad didn't work once the call begs, thus, I had to hang up, then start the call again...and I was still charged for the call even though I didn't complete the call.

All the conversations are being recorded. This happened to me twice already, I was trying to call my contact and I heard the conversation which I had 2 weeks earlier from the begging to the end. I also accidentally was connected to private conversation of other people and I could hear what they were discussing on the phone. This is ridiculous and data breach of the highest order.

Recent time a lot of technical problems are emerging: certification failure; you can't know wether app is calling or not, you know only when some picks up; if the number calling to is not available, then one old lady (I think it's only automatic voice answer) answers in Russian language and you lose your money ( connection fee + one minut fee). No quick customer service

This app is very disappointing. I added 5 euros to make calls to the Netherlands, but unfortunately, it doesn’t allow me to call the Netherlands. It also doesn’t allow me to call other countries either. This is very frustrating and a waste of money.As I order an refund but I didn't get my money back! :-(

worked fine, but since a couple of days i can't make phone calls to the Netherlands anymore from the USA. I understand they work on it, but how long will that take? also instructions to call to europe are incorrect for calls from USA. I will install a second app so i dont have to rely on them. UPDATE: calls to the Netherlands increased 2000%. But i found another provider. Reason for 5 stars is the very responsive costomer service and super fast credit when i cancelled my account.

Been using this app for a long time ... Suddenly my account has been locked without any notification.. I've been trying to reach out for help for months NO ANSWER.. there's no costumer service. I still have some balance left in my account .. I don't recommend this app
